He was contracted as the Public Relations Manager for the Hong Kong Jockey Club, one of the most premier non-profit organizations in the territory which is responsible for facilitating world-class horse racing. He oversaw the growth of their social media views from an average of 500 monthly views to 20,000 within 2 months.
He has extensive experience with training employees to manage social media accounts and YouTube channels, as well as offering coaching to aspiring influencers. He utilizes the skills of this experience to train VAs in a variety of tasks, especially related to SSM, customer service, and outreach.
University - Northridge in 2022, he worked as the Customer Service Manager for Moore Gold Ltd. in Hong Kong from 2022 to 2025, and as the Director of Communications at Harbinger Academy in Shenzhen from 2025 to 2026.
During university, he used to wholesale real estate, buying and selling PSAs. Using teams of VAs from the Philippines for lead generation, he connected with various BPOs that he would eventually use to propel his career further. He is using his cultivated relationships with VAs along with his work experience to build our business.
